Advisory for Public Elementary & Secondary Schools: Updated Salary of Teachers who are not yet Adjusted in the Payroll for Mid-Year Bonus 2017 Payroll Preparation
Dear School Principals,
Please see attached list of teachers with their updated salary which is not yet adjusted in the RPSU payroll. Although they are not yet adjusted in the RPSU payroll, please be advised that their salary (13th month) should be adjusted in the Mid-Year Bonus 2017 payroll so that no more differential will be prepared and processed.
Please take note also of Item No. 5.0 Guidelines on the Grant of the Mid-Year Bonus of DBM Budget Circular No. 2016-3, to wit;
5.1 The Mid-Year Bonus equivalent to one (1) month basic pay as of May 15 shall be given to entitled personnel not earlier than May 15 of the current year, subject to the following conditions:
5.1.1 Personnel has rendered at least a total or aggregate of four (4) months of service from July 1 of the immediately preceding year to May 15 of the current year; (meaning total or aggregate of four (4) months of service from July 1, 2016 to May 15, 2017)
5.1.2 Personnel remains to be in the government service as of May 15 of the current year; (meaning, if they are not in the service as of May 15, 2017 due to retirement, resignation, or if the employee is deceased earlier than May 15, 2017, they are not entitled to Mid-Year Bonus) and
5.1.3 Personnel has received at least a satisfactory performance rating in the immediately preceding rating period.
