ENLIVEN by the statement “take what you need and give what you can”, instructional leaders in Science have elevated culture of shared knowledge by communicating best practices through a series of Division Learning Action Cell (DLAC) via Google Meet.

“Kahit short lang ang time na magkita-kita, we need to have a takeaway something to improve our craft,” Villanueva said. “We are not just teaching craft but most of us play as instructional leaders in the school.”
The science supervisor told the participants that as leaders its their responsibility to serve as guides to their fellow teachers.
As the community pantry-inspired objective piloted April 30, tips on facilitating class observation post conference were shared by Mr. Anthony Auguso M. Garcia, public schools district supervisor through his Mentors’ Academic and Reflective Approach or MARA.
Meanwhile, some head teachers and master teachers shared their classroom observation experiences and best practices in providing technical assistance to observed teachers and classes.
