ARTA assesses SDO-Mandaluyong
The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) conducted a monitoring visit to the Schools Division Office – Mandaluyong City today to assess the agency’s compliance with government regulations on ease of doing business and public service delivery.
The ARTA team, composed of Mr. Joshua Crepa and Ms. Shayne Marie Araullo, inspected various offices within the Division, including the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS), Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) and the Administrative Unit.
The team, assisted by the officers-in-charge, Ms. Krizel Tayag, Mr. Mark Sherwin Magsombol, Mr. John Darryll Mercado and Mr. Christian Marx Rivero, focused on evaluating the efficiency of processes, the availability of frontline services, and the overall customer experience.
